BBF classes are always small and personalized to promote attention to each woman and avoid overcrowding.
Each class is 30 minutes long, targeting the entire body using your own body weight, focusing specifically on typical female problem areas, such as the hips, thighs, “love handles” and more.
Classes are designed to promote fat loss, increase strength and create feminine tone without adding bulk. All fitness levels are welcome; Modifications for each exercise are given and points of form are always stressed to avoid injury!
We keep you accountable and consistent and track your progress with monthly measurements so that you see how well your body is responding to all your hard work!
