Cancellation ( if applicable )
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled successfully, you will get a full refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We cannot cancel the order if the product is already being shipped out.
We don't accept returns if customers simply change mind or don't like this product.
We do not offer exchanges or price-matching at this time. Please follow the refund policy steps if products are faulty.

We accept refund only if the products are faulty. Customers have the right to apply for a refund within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and also a proof of faulty in order to apply for a refund.
