Peace Out Girl Scout!
We are out of the studio June 28th-July 15th. We’ll be back July 16th!! In the meantime, we have new workout videos for you to do (DO them!) so you keep up with your strength training routine.
For the ladies who take the classes, you know how to do all these exercises! 10-12 reps of each move, back to back. You choose whether you want to do all three muscle groups at once or split them up throughout the week.
In addition to these workouts, you know you gotta do your 10 daily pushups!
